The Hay Chix® Half Bale Net (formerly known as ‘Mini Net’) is one of Hay Chix’s most popular nets!  This specific version is their  SLOW FEED with 1-1/4″ holes there is little waste with this net.  Oat color only stocked, call the store to order a custom color for an additional cost.

Details:

• This net holds about 1/2 of a small 2-strand square bale (4-6 flakes.)

• Perfect for on-the-go use such as hauling, stalling at events, weekend trail rides, etc…

• This net has been shown to help confined horses with ulcers, weaving, pawing, and other unwanted behaviors.

• Great introductory net for new to slow-feeding customers!

• Warning: We do not recommend use with horned animals, horses with blankets, or non-breakaway halters. 
• Net may be used with shod horses and animals with split hooves but must be used with a hay ring that is flush with the ground or hung high enough so they cannot paw at it.
• Net may be used with blankets as long as the buckles are covered, or there is a barrier between the netted bale and the blanket.
